Investigation
Before we take you on as a client, we need to know exactly where you stand. We start with a thorough investigation into your files, contracts, and accounts. We look at the "fine print" you might have missed. We check the history of the investment and the people behind it. The Goal: To make sure there is a clear path forward before you spend a penny with us.
The Plan
Once we’ve turned over every stone, we sit down with you and explain the situation in plain English. We’ll tell you if: You need to restructure (change the contracts or the way the asset is held). It’s time to exit (find a buyer or a way out of the investment). There is a case for compensation (if a bank or firm has failed in their duty to you).
We Do the Work
This is where we take over. We handle the difficult phone calls, the mountains of paperwork, and the back-and-forth with the banks or fund managers. You get regular updates from us, but you don't have to deal with the stress. We manage the process from start to finish.
